What are your delivery options?

Our pre-paid Book Subscriptions & Book Gifts are shown with postage included in their price. This is our Standard 2-3 working day delivery.

Our Recurring Book Subscriptions, Individual book sales, and Book Bundles offer delivery options for fulfilment with Royal Mail or courier, or free collection in store.

  We will always do our best to get your order to you/your recipient as soon as possible. If we incur any delays, we’ll notify you via email.

Postage via Royal Mail or other couriers may be affected in seasonal or busy periods, such as around Christmas.

Please note that we are only able to deliver within the UK at present.

Can I return an item I’ve ordered online?

Yes. You have 14 days after your goods have arrived to request a full refund, excluding postage charges. You do not need to give a reason.

Goods must be returned in unused condition and in unopened original packaging and the buyer must cover the postage cost to return the item to us.

To request a return and refund, please contact us via email info@barnowlbooks.co.uk stating your order number and details of your return.

After this 14 day period, returns are subject to our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
